I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a qualified EMDR therapist. My clinical experience spans a range of settings across London, including the NHS and the probation service. In these roles, I’ve supported clients facing a variety of mental health challenges — such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and addictions. I work inclusively with LGBTQ+, non-binary, and heterosexual clients.
Having lived and worked in eight countries — including Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, and the United States — I bring a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and a strong understanding of the complexities of living and adapting across different cultural environments. These experiences have shaped my belief in our shared human needs for connection, purpose, and belonging.
Before training as a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in corporate marketing. This background gives me a unique perspective on the pressures of professional life — from managing performance and workplace dynamics to finding balance in fast-paced, high-demand environments. I help clients build practical coping strategies to navigate these challenges, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control and fulfilment in both their personal and professional lives.
